Digital Delivery

Paid reports are digital products. Once a report has been generated or accessed, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or where there is a duplicate charge or technical delivery failure.

Eligible Issues

Contact us if you were charged twice, did not receive access after confirmed payment, or entered an email address incorrectly and need the report link resent.
